We're looking for an experienced Oregon licensed plumber who enjoys variety. This position includes both residential new construction and residential service work. If you enjoy building new homes but also like solving problems for homeowners, this is an excellent opportunity.

As our company continues to grow, this role has the potential to advance into a Site Supervisor position overseeing crews and projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential service plumbing repairs and installations
• Complete residential new construction rough-ins and finish plumbing
• Diagnose plumbing problems and provide quality solutions
• Maintain clean, organized jobsites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and inspectors
• Train and mentor apprentices when needed
• Follow Oregon plumbing code and company quality standards
• Switch between service and new construction as business needs require

Qualifications

• Oregon Journeyman Plumber License required
• Experience in both residential new construction and residential service preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Takes pride in producing high-quality work

• Experience leading crews
• Material ordering and project coordination
• Inspection scheduling
• Apprentice mentoring
• Interest in growing into a Site Supervisor role
