Spanish Speaking Paralegal

Our team of attorneys and staff is client-focused, compassionate, and driven. We're currently seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal to join our growing team, assist our attorneys, and help facilitate communication with our clients.

 

Overview:

The Paralegal will play a key role in supporting attorneys with case management, client communication, document preparation, and trial support. This position requires written and verbal fluency in Spanish and English, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between attorneys and clients to ensure clear, accurate communication.
• Assist in developing case strategy gathering facts, and retrieving pertinent information.
• Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, including medical records, settlement demands, and pleadings.
• Manage case deadlines, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain organized case files.
• Provide trial and litigation support:

* File cases and manage litigation timelines.

* Draft pleadings and responses.

* Schedule and coordinate depositions, arbitrations, and trials.

*Communicate with medical experts and witnesses.

 

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury law is preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
